What counts as an order?
Each unique Amazon order ID = one order. FBA and FBM both count.
Can I mix add-ons with Shurq Pro?
Yes. Add-ons are independent and stack on top of Pro — pick only what you need.
How does Keyword Pro raise my tracking limit?
Keyword Pro is $40/mo per unit and stacks +1,000 daily-rank keywords (plus +20 hourly) on top of Pro's included cap. Add up to 10 units for +10,000 keywords — beyond that, contact sales for Custom.
What's included in Cortex?
Shurq Pro includes ten role-based AI employees, one of which, Cortex, coordinates the other nine. Cortex is the COO and strategist: daily briefs, cross-agent coordination and plain-English analytics.

Custom is our sales-led plan for agencies and aggregators with bespoke needs — SSO/SAML, DPA, custom SLAs, a dedicated Solutions Engineer, and unlimited connected accounts and seats. Contact sales to scope a contract.
How does Reimbursement Recovery work?
Reimbursement Recovery is coming soon. When it launches it will file FBA reimbursement claims for you, at $40/mo plus 15% of what Amazon approves, with commission charged only on funds Amazon actually pays out. Until then, Shurq Pro flags the damaged and lost FBA units Amazon may owe you for, so you can file those claims yourself.
What's Shurq MCP and is it extra?
Shurq MCP is the MCP server that exposes more than 1,000 Shurq tools (across 100 modules) to Claude (Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude Code), Cursor and any MCP client that supports remote servers. Signing in gives read and write access, and every write action shows a preview and runs only after you confirm it in chat. API keys can be created read-only. It's included with Shurq Pro at no extra cost: there's no separate MCP fee.
