Sales and demos. If you are weighing Shurq up against your current stack, say which marketplaces you sell in and roughly how many accounts you run. That is usually enough for us to tell you whether the fit is obvious, marginal, or wrong, without a discovery call.

Existing customers. For anything touching your live data — a number that looks wrong, a campaign that did not sync, a bid that did not apply — include the account and the marketplace. Support can read the audit log for that account directly, so a specific example gets a real answer far faster than a general description.

Security and compliance. Documentation requests, sub-processor questions and DPAs are handled through the same inbox. Our current practices and the sub-processor list are published, so check those first — most questionnaires are already answered there.

Partnerships and affiliates. Agencies managing multiple seller accounts and anyone interested in the affiliate programme are welcome here too.
